About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Make the following changes to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book II), Article 251 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 8, 18, No.3 Article 250, No. 7, Article 772):
1. To add Article 99-4.5 after the word "Code" with figures "104-1,".
2. Add with Article 104-1 of the following content:
"Article 104-1. Ecocide
Mass extermination of animal and flora, poisoning of the atmosphere, land or water resources or intentional making of other actions doing harm to the environment if these actions entailed environmental disaster or created real threat of environmental disaster, -
are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years".
