About modification of some orders of the Government of rather administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Justice (change of the regulatory base connected with the Law No. 47/2024)

On the basis of Items b) and i) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (5), (7) and (8) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of bodies of probation approved by the Order of the Government No. 827/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 166-168, 907), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"12. The national inspectorate for probation is headed by the director. The director is appointed to position and dismissed according to the law the Government according to the proposal of the minister.";

2) in Item 131 the first offer to replace with the text: "The director with its work is helped by two deputies. Deputy directors are government employees – the upper managers appointed to position and dismissed by the Government according to the law.".

In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on administration of degrees of jurisdiction approved by the Order of the Government No. 650/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 151-155, 718), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"11. The agency is headed by the director. The director is appointed to position and dismissed according to the law the Government according to the proposal of the minister.";
