About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 824

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 824 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" the following changes:
a) add Item 3.3 with paragraphs of the following content:
"The elevators which fulfilled the appointed service life till February 15, 2025 shall be brought into accord with requirements of the Technical regulation:
in the Republic of Kazakhstan - till February 15, 2025;
in the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation - till February 15, 2030.";
b) Item 5.5 of Article 6 of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011) accepted by the specified Decision to declare invalid.
2. Determine that measures for safety of the operated elevators which fulfilled the appointed service life before their reduction in compliance with requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 824, are performed according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. Declare invalid the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 19, 2019 No. 112 "About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011)".
