About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning butter

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.74 of the following content:

"7.1.74. The butter classified by codes 0405 10 110 0 and 0405 10 190 0 CN FEA EEU, held for use in production of food products or realization (sale) in retail trade, imported of no more than 2 thousand tons into the Republic of Armenia and of no more than 25 thousand tons into the Russian Federation.

The specified tariff privilege is provided in the presence of confirmation about reference of imported goods to goods, the specified in paragraph one of this subitem issued by authorized body of the Republic of Armenia or the Russian Federation respectively and containing data on the organizations performing import of butter on the nomenclature and quantity of such goods.

Realization (sale) of the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using the specified tariff privilege is allowed:

to the persons which are producers of food products and registered in the Republic of Armenia or in the Russian Federation for production of such products;
