About modification of some regulations of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning non-state pension provision

According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation, namely in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. In Regulations on procedure for creation, representation and promulgation by the administrator of the non-state pension fund of reporting data, including the reporting under non-state pension provision approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 23, 2020 No. 379, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 04, 2020 at No. 847/35130:

1) in appendix 5:

in line 27 of the word "decisions of the Commission" shall be replaced with words "acts of the Commission";

in line 28 of the word "decisions of the Commission", "the decision of the Commission or the resolution of the authorized person of the Commission on imposing of the sanction for offenses in the capital market" to replace respectively with words "acts of the Commission", "the act of the Commission";

2) in line 11 of the table 1 of appendix 8 the word "decision" shall be replaced with words "decisions/resolutions of the Commission".
