1. Make change to preamble of the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of March 26, 2018 No. 158 "About approval of the List of foodstuff of not animal origin and forages of not animal origin with loads when which importing (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine are subject to the strengthened state control", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 11, 2018 at No. 434/31886, having replaced words and figures "of November 25, 2015 with No. 1119" words and in figures "of February 17, 2021 No. 124".
2. Make changes to the List of foodstuff of not animal origin and forages of not animal origin with loads when which importing (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine are subject to the strengthened state control approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of March 26, 2018 No. 158, registered on April 11, 2018 at No. 434/31886, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures and food security in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
