About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2024 "About change of the laws concerning regulation of the marriage and family relations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 26-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 1999 No. 1676:
in Item 7:
in subitem 7.1 the word "will organize" to replace with the word "will organize";
add subitem 7.3-1 with the word of "minors";
add Item with subitem 7.16 of the following content:
"7.16. make the decision on consent on alienation of premises, and also the shares in the property right to premises belonging on the property right to persons obliged to refund the expenses spent by the state for content of the children who are on the state providing (further – the obliged person) when such alienation is made in interests (in advantage) minor child(children) of the obliged person;";
in Item 8:
add subitem 8.3 with words ", decision makings about consent on alienation of premises, and also the shares in the property right to premises belonging on the property right to the obliged persons when such alienation is made in interests (in advantage) minor child(children) of the obliged person";
"procedure" to add subitem 8.15 after the word with the words "issue the act of inspection of living conditions of candidates for adoptive parents (adopters)";
add Item with subitem 8.16 of the following content:
"8.16. act as representatives of orphan children or children without parental support, according to their registration at the place of residence in case of the conclusion of the civil agreement of rendering social services in the form of stationary social servicing, and also in need of change of its conditions;";
