About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2024 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and based on paragraph two of subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2006 No. 2 "About debureaucratization of the state apparatus and improvement of quality of ensuring life activity of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 55
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394:
in Item 41:
add subitem 41.1 with words "in which the address (location) of object of electric utility service or the parcel of land on which object (electroinstallation), and its cadastral and (or) accession number is located are specified";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"The body of gosenergogaznadzor based on article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" requests in the shortest possible time, but no later than one working day from the date of registration of a statement about receipt of the act information on the rights existing at the time of issue of such information, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to object (electroinstallation) or the parcel of land on which object (electroinstallation) is located.";
the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"In adoption of the statement for receipt of the act refuses in the cases determined in article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures", and also in the presence in this statement of the blank columns (lines) or slips, typographical errors and arithmetic mistakes influencing objectivity of adoption of the executive decision.";
