About establishment and features of distribution of the tariff quotas to export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of seeds of sunflower to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union

2. Distribution of the tariff quota is performed by the management official of Zabaykalsky Krai (person, it replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the management official of Zabaykalsky Krai (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Distribution of the tariff quota to the participant of foreign trade activity is performed within amount of the tariff quota taking into account the decisions issued according to the paragraph to the second this Item.

The copy of the decision signed by the management official of Zabaykalsky Krai (person, it replacing), goes to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation within one working day from the date of its signing according to rules, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
