About change of resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

Due to the change of the legislation the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 1998 No. 7 "About practice of consideration by courts of cases on claims to notarial actions or on refusal in their making":

from Item 1 of the word "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 366 "About some questions of notarial activities"" to exclude;

in part two of Item 5 of the word to "rent, utilities" shall be replaced with words "on payment for use of premises and (or) payment for housing and communal services";

in Item 7:

in word part one "share in common property of spouses" and "debt" to replace respectively with words "shares in the property acquired by spouses during marriage" and "requirements of the claimant to the debtor";
