Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2016 No. 81 "About utilization collection concerning self-propelled machines and (or) trail cars to them and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 7, Art. 991; 2022, No. 41, Art. 7107; 2024, No. 38, Art. 5661).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2016 No. 81

1. In Rules of collection, calculation, payment and collection of utilization collection concerning self-propelled machines and (or) trail cars to them, and also return and offset of excessively paid or excessively collected amounts of this collection approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 11 with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) the letter of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation confirming application for the new self-propelled machines provided by the Sections XIV-XVIII of the list, coefficients of calculation of the amount of utilization collection, established for new self-propelled machines in prografka "since 2024" the Sections XIV-XVIII of the list.";
