"8. 1) lack of the conclusion about compliance of the premises which are the apartment house (part of the apartment house), including the house of the blocked building to requirements imposed to premises, and its suitability for accommodation. The specified conclusion is drawn up according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, and is effective within one year from the date of its registration;".
