Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-I "About consumer protection" (in edition of the Federal Law of January 9, 1996 No. 2-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 15, Art. 766; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 140; 1999, No. 51, Art. 6287; 2004, No. 52, Art. 5275; 2007, No. 44, Art. 5282; 2009, No. 48, Art. 5711; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6683) following changes:

1) in Article 10:

a) the paragraph one of Item 3 to add with words ", containing in the register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity, the procedure for forming and which maintaining is established by the Government of the Russian Federation (further - the register of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity), and (or) the Unified register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity, the procedure for forming and which maintaining is approved by Board of the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Unified register)";

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The owner of the aggregator provides technical capability for provision by the seller of information on obligatory confirmation of conformity of goods provided by the paragraph the tenth Item 2 of this Article by placement in the description of goods of the reference to the page of the website on the Internet containing record about the certificate of conformity and (or) declaration of conformity in the register of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity and (or) the Unified register.
