Article 1

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2009, No. 1, Art. 21; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590, 4596; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6986; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6952; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5048; 2024, No. 33, Art. 4964) following changes:

Part the second Article 353 to add 1) with words ", and also observance by the organizations which are carrying out special assessment of working conditions, the mandatory requirements established by the legislation on special assessment of working conditions";

2) in the paragraph the fifteenth part one of Article 357 of the word of "requirements of the legislation" shall be replaced with words "the mandatory requirements established by the legislation".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
