About modification of article 77 of the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning application of confiscation of property in case of release from serving of primary punishment with testing
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Add article 77 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) part two of the following content:
"2. In case of release from serving sentence with testing based on the agreement on recognition of guilt in criminal proceedings concerning corruption criminal offense, the criminal offense connected with corruption additional punishment in the form of confiscation of property on condition of its approval by agreement parties can be also imposed".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
