About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine" concerning transfer in inventory of the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 27, Art. 208 with the following changes) the following changes:
In paragraph five of part one of Article 2 of the word "About Prospecting Bodies of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 1) "About investigation";
Article 18 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 18. Transfer of the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine in inventory
The military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine discharged from military service is enlisted in inventory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, except the military personnel of prospecting body of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of protection of frontier who is enlisted in inventory of prospecting body of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of protection of frontier".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
