Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About migration" of December 11, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 320; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 248; 2005, No. 12, Art. 657; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1004; 2010, No. 1, Art. 15; 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 525) following changes:
1. To state part 4 of Article 8-2 in the following edition:
"4. Prolongation of effective period of the visa to entrance and departure of migrant workers is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
2. To exclude from part 2 of Article 16 of the word "to eighteen-year age".
3. To state introduction of part 1 of Article 21 in the following edition:
"The refusal basis on issue of the residence permit and certificate of the stateless person:".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
