Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of real estate and the rights to it" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 194; 2013, No. 7, Art. 525; 2018, No. 1, Art. 32; 2019, No. 6, Art. 331; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 617) following changes and amendments:
1. The text of article 2 after the word of "Law" to add with the word of "others".
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 23 of the word of "permanent storage" shall be replaced with words "dead storage".
3. The paragraph the fourth articles 44 after the word "destruction" to add with the word "(demolition)".
4. In paragraph six of Article 54 of the word of "destruction or demolition" shall be replaced with words "destructions or extermination (demolition)".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
