Import of the modern machinery and equipment, including 4 passenger buses of the COBUS brand, 5 fotooborudovaniye of the Hi-Scan brand, 1 special self-propelled two-storeyed handling transport for 14-ton containers of the WGSJT brand, 1 special transport for processing of airplanes from ice accretion, 2 special airfield fire tenders and 2 special transports from International Airport Khujand Open joint stock company for use at the international airport Khujand, is exempted from the value added tax and excises in the amount of 50 percent from the established rate and completely from customs duties.".
Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2024.
