Bring in the Federal Law of September 27, 2013 No. 253-FZ "About the Russian Academy of Sciences, reorganization of the state academies of Sciences and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 39, Art. 4883; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4768; 2018, No. 30, Art. 4553; 2024, No. 33, Art. 4948) following changes:
1) in Item 3 of part 2 of Article 7 of the word "the report on realization of the state scientific and technical policy in the Russian Federation and about the major scientific achievements received by the Russian scientists" shall be replaced with words "the analytical report on realization of the state scientific and technical policy in the Russian Federation and about the major scientific achievements received by the Russian scientists";
2) in Article 11:
a) in part 2:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1) determines taking into account the offers prepared by presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences and approved with the board of trustees of the Russian Academy of Sciences priority activities of the Russian Academy of Sciences for goal achievement of its activities;";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"Approves 2) and annually represents to the President of the Russian Federation and to the Government of the Russian Federation the analytical report on realization of the state scientific and technical policy in the Russian Federation and about the major scientific achievements received by the Russian scientists. The main requirements to content and form of this analytical report, procedure for its preparation are determined according to the charter of the Russian Academy of Sciences;";
