Article 1

Bring in article 331 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 25, Art. 2954; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6235; 2022, No. 39, Art. 6535) following changes:

"4. For the purposes of application of part three of Article 333, Article part three 334, parts three of Article 338 and part three of article 339 of this Code concerning the citizen staying in voluntary forming should understand execution by the specified citizen of obligations as passing of military service (fulfillment of duties of military service) under the contract on stay in voluntary forming.".
