2) Article 15 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. In cases if the subject of federal state control (supervision) and subject of regional state control (supervision) match, and their differentiation is carried out depending on objects of federal state control (supervision) and regional state control (supervision), concerning objects of regional state control (supervision) at the request of the Government of the Russian Federation control (supervising) events by federal executive body within implementation of the corresponding type of federal state control (supervision) can be held if it is provided by the Federal Law on control type.";
3) in Article 17:
a) add part 1 with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:
"6) information system (subsystem state information systems) productions on cases on administrative offenses (further - system of administrative production);
