About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Youth Policy in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 489-FZ "About youth policy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, Art. 28; 2024, No. 18, Art. 2408) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) state item 4 in the following edition:
"4) youth policy - package of measures of normative and legal, financial and economic, organizational and managerial, information and analytical, personnel, scientific and other nature, the federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of the public power of the federal territory Sirius implemented on the basis of interdepartmental interaction, local government bodies with the assistance of institutes of civil society, legal entities irrespective of their forms of business and citizens of the Russian Federation, including individual entrepreneurs, and directed to creation of conditions for development of youth, protection of its rights and legitimate interests, and also its self-realization in different spheres of life activity to patriotic education of youth and spiritual and moral education of youth for the purpose of achievement of sustainable social and economic development, global competitiveness, homeland security of the Russian Federation, strengthening of sovereignty of the Russian Federation and traditional Russian spiritual and moral values;";
b) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
