This Law determines legal and organizational basis of creation and functioning of System of accounting of information on the harm done to the personal non-property rights of physical persons as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and also governs the legal relations connected with creation and functioning of the Register of data concerning the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
1. In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:
1) forced displacement of person out of limits of Ukraine - forced departure from Ukraine owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the presence of the status of temporary protection, its equivalent or other status providing protection in foreign states (except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus);
2) measures for support of injured persons - system of measures of legal and social protection, provision of social services, prosthetics, delivery of health care and medical services, programs of social and psychological support and rehabilitation, the monetary assistance, other payments, urgent intermediate reparation actions, other measures of recovery nature, stipulated by the legislation Ukraine for ensuring requirements and interests of injured persons;
3) the Register of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (further - the Register of information about the deported children), - the information and communication system providing collection, accumulating, protection, accounting, reflection, processing of register data and provision of register information on the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
