"1) in process of acquisition of products (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals and obtaining from the processing center of results of the carried-out issue of individual numbers, transfers to the veterinary organization of product (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals, individual numbers of horses and one-hoofed animals according to their need for issue of individual numbers;";
