1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2017 No. 797 "About approval of forms of the conclusions about opportunity (impossibility) and economic feasibility (inexpediency) of industrial extraction of precious metals from primary goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan and about economic inexpediency or impossibility of conversion of the primary goods containing precious metals in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16063).
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
