About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, Art. 2736; 2023, No. 63, the Art. 3593), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

To exclude 1) in subitem 5 of the word "and other state programs of digitalization";

Subitem 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6) in the cases determined by the legislation carries out digital expertize and prepares conclusions for drafts of the laws, other acts of the legislation which move for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, drafts of acts of the ministries, other executive bodies, and also other bodies which acts according to the legislation are subject to state registration;";

Subitem 12 to exclude 3);

4) in paragraph five of subitem 13 of the word", protection of intellectual property" to exclude;
