About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 and of February 27, 2019 No. 136

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2024, No. 9, the Art. 496) and of February 27, 2019 No. 136 "Some questions concerning agreements on reimbursation" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Art. 717; 2024, No. 9, the Art. 496) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2025.

The paragraph the eleventh Item 165 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929, to state in the following edition:
"signs the agreement on reimbursation according to Procedure for the conclusion, change and termination of the contract about the reimbursation in form approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 "Some questions concerning agreements on reimbursation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, the Art. 717).".
