Regulations on appeal of citizens on military service on mobilization

1. This Provision determines procedure for conscription by mobilization of the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan staying in inventory (further hereinafter are referred to as - citizens) attributed to military units (intended in special forming) for passing of military service on the military positions provided by wartime states (further hereinafter is referred to as - conscription), or the directions them for work on positions of civil personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military and special forming (further hereinafter is referred to as - job placement).

Conscription and job placement are understood as the following events:

a) announcement of general or partial mobilization;

b) the notification of citizens about carrying out general or partial mobilization;

c) appearance (delivery) of citizens in Items of preliminary collection regional, district, city (without district division) military commissariats or it is direct in military units, organizations, military schools, on the companies, in the organization of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military and special forming (further hereinafter are referred to as - military units and special forming);

d) delivery of citizens from Items of preliminary collection in military units and special forming;

e) documentary registration of the fact of conscription (job placement);
