About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524

Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 271 "About some questions of regulation of activities of banks", the paragraph of the seventh of part six of Article 34 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524 "About some questions of compensation" the following changes:

1.1. in preamble to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "sixth";

1.2. in Item 2:

in subitem 2.2:

in paragraph one of part four of the word "patterns of ownership" shall be replaced with words "ownership ratios of the state in its authorized fund";
