About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till January 10, 2025 transfer to the Federal Customs Service of the list of the organizations with which according to article 179.7 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the agreements on upgrade of oil processing capacities existing as of January 1, 2023 are signed.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
