About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2024 No. 326

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2024 No. 326 "About establishment of features of application of penalty (penalty, penalty fee), other financial sanctions, and also other measures of responsibility for non-execution or improper execution of the agreement obligations of participation in shared-equity construction established by the legislation on shared-equity construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 13, the Art. 1797).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2024 No. 326

1. In Item 1:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "December 31, 2024." "on June 30, 2025";
