Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About subsoil" of July 20, 1994 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1994, No. 15-16, of Art. 235; Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1995, No. 22, Art. 259; 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 16, No. 12, p. 2. Art. 1005; 2010, No. 12 of h 1, Art. 822; 2013, No. 12, Art. 892) following change and amendment:
1. In Article 47 of the word "other obligatory payments in the budget" shall be replaced with words to "authorization system".
2. Add with Article 48-1 of the following content:
"Article 48-1. Payment procedure for use of natural resources
The payments for use of natural resources provided by this Law are performed in non-cash form.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
