Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" of January 12, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 19; 2011, No. 3, Art. 175; 2012, No. 8, Art. 831, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1003; 2015, No. 3, Art. 222; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 611; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 714) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraph eight of the word of "provision of pensions" shall be replaced with words "ensuring payment of fees on compulsory professional pension insurance";
