Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection of the rights of the child" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 218; 2018, No. 1, Art. 21; 2020, No. 12, Art. 914; 2024, Art. No. 1-2 19) following changes and amendment:
1. The fourth part 1 of article 3 after the word "assistance" and "peacefulness" respectively to add the paragraph with words "to maintaining healthy lifestyle," and ", respect for the law, protection of cultural values and national traditions".
2. Article 4 to state the sixth paragraph in the following edition:
"-providing with the dwelling orphan children and children without parental support according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 23 of the word "alcoholic beverages, drugs and psychotropic substances" shall be replaced with words "tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, the psychotropic, strong and other stupefying substances;".
4. Regarding 1 Article 29 of the word of "alcoholic drinks, tobacco products, drugs and psychotropic substances" shall be replaced with words "tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, the psychotropic, strong and other stupefying substances;".
5. In Article 33 of the word of "conditions for development and education" shall be replaced with words "conditions for possibility of full development physical, intellectual, spiritual and moral".
6. To state part 2 of Article 45 in the following edition:
"2. For the purpose of providing worthy life, the handicapped child depending on its physical and mental abilities has the right to leaving, education and the special preparation providing it complete independence and social integration.".
