Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance activity" of July 23, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 7, Art. 627; 2018, No. 1, Art. 19; 2019, No. 1, Art. 20; 2024, Art. No. 3-4, 157) Article 25 (2) following content:
"Article 25 (2). Implementation of payments of insurance activity
Insurance premiums (insurance premium), insurance payments and insurance indemnities from the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and societies of mutual insurance are performed in non-cash form.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
