About approval of the Sustainability programme of tourism for 2025-2030

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the National strategy of development for the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2040" of October 31, 2018 No. 221, of effective development of tourist industry in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) tourism Sustainability programme for 2025-2030 according to appendix 1;
2) the Actions plan on program implementation of sustainable development of tourism for 2025-2030 (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of development of the sphere of tourism for 2019-2023" of January 31, 2019 No. 36.
3. To the ministries, administrative departments, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas following the results of every half-year, no later than the 25th following the accounting period to provide in the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic information on the course of implementation of the Actions plan.
4. The implementation of actions, following from this resolution, is performed within means, the involved state bodies, and also local government bodies provided for the corresponding year.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
