About introduction of amendments to the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of June 6, 2023 No. 45) the following changes:

c) in Item 15 of the word "auditor activities," shall be replaced with words "auditor and/or";

d) state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20) expert and analytical action - package of measures for research of urgent problems of financial system, forming and execution of budgets of budget system, off-budget funds, and also research of the reasons and effects of the violations and shortcomings revealed by results of the held auditor events;";

3) regarding 1 Article 6:

a) declare Item 2 invalid;

b) in Item 13 of the word "their international associations" shall be replaced with words "the international organizations";

c) add with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) participation in process of implementation of audit of use of budget funds of the international organizations which member is the Kyrgyz Republic to which budget pays the membership fees.";
