About measures for support of activities of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan and broader familiarizing of the population with national and world classical musical art

For the purpose of further promoting in the country of works of national and world classical musical art, and also development of orchestral performance, increase in professional skill of representatives of this sphere, creation of necessary conditions and opportunities for talented youth in this direction, further expansion of material support of musical contractors and workers of orchestral collectives:

1. Establish since January 1, 2025 the sizes of the basic official pay rate of workers of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan of the State philharmonic hall of Uzbekistan estimated in the ratio to the minimum wage under the Ministry of Culture:

orchestra art managing personnel - with increase on 4,0 coefficient;

actors of orchestra of the highest and first category - with increase from 1,17 coefficient on 4,0 coefficient;

actors of orchestra of the second category and without category - with increase from 1,17 coefficient on 3,0 coefficient.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance since 2025 to provide necessary means in parameters of the Government budget in connection with increase in the sizes of the salary based on Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers annually in December to approve plans of the organization of local and foreign tours of group of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan for the next year, and also performances with concert programs before employees of large enterprises and organizations, members of their families on contractual basis.

4. To state bodies, organizations and the companies at the expense of extrabudgetary and trade-union funds to implement practice of the organization of the concert programs oriented to acquaintance of the workers with works of national and world classical musical art, and also acquisition of tickets and subscriptions for visit of these programs by them on system basis.
