About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions of individuals from among combatants, persons with disability owing to war, members of families of the died (died) defenders and defenders of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with the following changes) to add article 3 of the Law of Ukraine with the Item of the following content:

"g) persons who became persons with disability in connection with wound mutilation, contusion or owing to the disease connected with direct participation in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine during action of warlike situation owing to self-defense during execution of the tasks connected with introduction and implementation of measures of legal regime of warlike situation (except employees of the companies, organizations, the organizations which were attracted and were directly involved in implementation of the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions)".

2. In article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with the following changes):

"The procedure for provision of the status of person with disability owing to war to persons specified in Items 11-15 of part two of this Article is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
