About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" concerning enhancement of procedure of wholesale and retail trade by vehicles by subjects of managing who are registered in the Main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 30:

Part the fourth after the words "The Companies, Organizations, the Organizations and Other Subjects of Managing irrespective of Patterns of Ownership Which Have the Right to Perform Wholesale or Retail Trade and Execution of the Relevant Documents on Realization of the Vehicles and Their Components Having Identification Numbers" to add 1) with words "(further - the subjects of managing performing trade in vehicles)";

Part the fifth to state 2) in the following edition:

"Accounting of the subjects of managing performing trade in vehicles is performed by territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine creates and keeps the register of the subjects of managing performing trade in vehicles".

2. In Article 34:

Part the eleventh to state 1) in the following edition:

"Owners of vehicles and persons who use them on legal causes shall register (to re-register) the vehicles belonging to them within ten days after acquisition, customs clearance, receipt of vehicles or emergence of the circumstances requiring modification of registration documents. The subjects of managing which are performing trade in vehicles and acquired the vehicle which was on state registration for its subsequent sale are exempted from obligation of implementation of state registration of such vehicle. In case of availability of encumbrances registration (re-registration) of the vehicle is performed in the presence of the consent of obremenitel (obremenitel) which authenticity of the signature (signatures) (which) it is certified by the notary";
