About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of homeland security and defense concerning assistance at pre-hospital stage and implementation of civil and military cooperation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. The seventh article 14-1 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, of Art. 19 with the following changes) to state part in the following edition:

"Sheets of material equipment, standards, amounts of provision of the tactical pre-hospital help and medical care at pre-hospital stage during conducting military (fighting) operations and preparation of security forces and forces of defense to application to destination affirm the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for security forces and forces of defense according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine".

2. In part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, of Art. 410 with the following changes) words "staff, law enforcement" shall be replaced with words "staff, civil and military cooperation, law enforcement".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420 with the following changes):
