About marking of veterinary medicines means of identification

According to item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union of February 2, 2018 Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. State members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state members, the Union) independently determine the list of veterinary medicines, Date of Introduction and procedure for marking in the territory of the veterinary medicines (further – goods) which are subject to marking by means of identification (further – marking) according to this Decision and notify on it the Eurasian economic commission (further – the Commission) not later than 6 months before Date of Introduction of marking.

2. Determine that:

goods, including, specified in the inventory, subject to marking by means of identification, approved by this Decision and registered according to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 1 "About regulations of the address of veterinary medicines on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" are subject to marking;

marking of goods is performed by the means of identification corresponding to the characteristics approved by this Decision;

need of marking of remaining balance of goods, and also stay terms for turnover of the unmarked goods included in the list are determined by the legislation of state member;

the veterinary vaccines having temperature condition of storage and transportation minus 60 degrees Celsius or below are not subject to marking;

state members for the purpose of ensuring functioning of information system of marking of goods determine national operators (administrators) of national components of information system of marking of goods;
