1. Delegate to the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the following powers of the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) the order financial resources within expense budget of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the right of signing of the relevant documents including connected with financial and economic ensuring activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) signing of orders of the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and other documents concerning questions of provision of leaves to the state inspectors, inspectors, experts and speech writers of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) vising of service records of structural divisions of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic about sending of staff of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the subsequent signing of business trip orders by the head of the structural unit of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning personnel.

2. Determine that:

- in case of absence of the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic signing of the above-stated acts and documents is performed by the vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic replacing it;
