Article 1

Contracting parties will develop cooperation in the field of natural, humanitarian and technical science, advanced technologies, preparation of scientific personnel, protection of industrial and intellectual property.

Specific forms and conditions of cooperation will be regulated by free standing agreements between the ministries, departments, scientific and research establishments, higher education institutions, associations and funds of both Contracting Parties in Limits, their competence according to the national legal system.

Article 3

The cooperation within this agreement will be implemented in the following forms:
