About questions of public health care and protection of public health in the field of HIV and haemo contact viral hepatitises

For the purpose of implementation of Articles 16, of 23, 51-53 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", article 116 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure for survey, inspection, accounting and maintaining confidentiality of information on human immunodeficiency virus according to appendix 1;

2) the List of persons which are subject to free inspection and survey on HIV, haemo contact viral hepatitises (hepatitises B and C) in the state organizations of health care and social organizations irrespective of departmental subordination, according to appendix 2;

3) the List of the specialties and positions which are subject to obligatory physical examination on HIV and haemo contact viral hepatitises (hepatitises B and C), according to appendix 3;

4) the List of specialties and positions regulating labor involvement of persons living with HIV according to appendix 4;

5) the List of productions, works, professions and positions with the right to annual additional paid leave in connection with provision of services on HIV according to appendix 5.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medical attendance of foreign citizens" of June 15, 2000 No. 346 the following change:
