About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning compulsory medical insurance of citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the policy of compulsory medical insurance" of September 20, 2023 No. 491 the following changes:
in Regulations on the policy of compulsory medical insurance approved by the above-stated resolution:
in appendix to the above-stated Provision:
- in Item 1 of the word "and to kayrylmana" shall be replaced with words ", to kayrylmana and compatriots with foreign citizenship in the presence of "Meken-kart";
- to add Item 2 after the word "kayrylmanam" with words "and to compatriots with foreign citizenship in the presence of "Meken-kart".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of compulsory medical insurance of citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2023 No. 597 the following changes:
in Rules of compulsory medical insurance of the citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 14 of the word "and kayrylmana" shall be replaced with words ", kayrylmana and compatriots with foreign citizenship in the presence of "Meken-kart";
- to state the subitem 1 of Item 16 in the following edition:
"1) if the insurance premium did not arrive after six calendar months in a row from the date of receipt of the last payment of insurance premiums.
