Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 11 and 13 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 7, 2024 No. 1143-VIQ "About creation of the artificial parcels of land on the site of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Azerbaijan Republic" decides:
Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 478 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250, No. 7, Article 770) following changes:
1.1. to add part 3 of article 32 after the word "leases" with the words "for use by state bodies (organizations)";
1.2. paragraphs of the eighth - the eleventh to consider parts one of Article 46 respectively paragraphs the ninth - the twelfth and to add this part with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"The artificial parcels of land created on the site of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Azerbaijan Republic";

1.4. Add Article 66 with part of 2-1 following content:
