About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56, of 61 Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 4, of 28, of 33, of 34, of 36, of 37, of 40, of 42, of 43, of 71, 72 Laws of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", Articles 21, of 37, of 38, of 42, 50 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 2, of 13, of 14, of 19, of 22, of 31, 51-56, 61-65, 114 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2023 No. 187 "About approval of the Regulations on authorization of persons having the right to perform actuarial activities in the field of insurance, and persons who can carry out obligations of the responsible actuary" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 2 the word of "packet" shall be replaced with words also in figure "statements for inclusion in the Register, or changes of data in the Register concerning acquisition of the status of the actuary, in the form established in appendix 3 to the Provision (further - the statement), and attached to it";

2) Item 3 after words" (further - National Bank)" to add with words "statements and";

The certificate of such person is considered cancelled from the date of entry into force of the decision of Committee on supervision on refusal in inclusion of person in the Register. Such persons are forbidden to perform actuarial activities in the field of insurance from the date of cancellation of the certificate.";

2. Approve changes in:

1) Regulations on voluntary exit from the market of the insurer and transfer by the insurer of the insurance portfolio approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2023 No. 184 (with changes) (further - No. Provision 184);

2) Regulations on authorization of persons having the right to perform actuarial activities in the field of insurance and persons who can fulfill duties of the responsible actuary approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2023 No. 187 (with changes) (further - No. Provision 187).
