1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2016 No. 184 "About the internal control exercised by notaries" the following changes:

to exclude from preamble of the word "and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605,";

in the Instruction about requirements to rules of the internal control exercised by notaries approved by this resolution:

add item 4 with part of the following content:
